the default setting weather station gmt, that's 1 hour west of british summer time, 2 hours west of central european summer time , 4 hours east of eastern daytime.
things change weekend in europe , on nov 6th in america. raspberry pi weather station doesn't ever change since it's on gmt year round.
in europe local time in uk, 1 hour west of central european time 02:00 (local) on sunday morning.
