we running winxp, indcs3 suite. noticed when creating , saving print preset , reloading pc, printer preference settings (in particular) paper size , tray not hold. created several staff , when load them, printer/preferences specific printers not hold. did not have problem in cs2.

i'm having similar problem cannot set printer collate , checkbox grayed out in general tab.. , know printers able collate.. odd reason indesign doesnt read or detect printer settings..
