i've been wondering — io0 , io1 signals used? designing board rpi compute module, , routing these signals across board bit of nuisance. when camera , running, seems these lines stay high.
don't know supposed — i've seen mentions of flash control?
possible avoid connecting them altogether? can disconnect lines, or use pullups on both sides instead of connecting signals?

responding myself — i checked, , io0 brought high during powerup, stays high. seems enable signal keeps camera turned on. io1 goes high while camera active (recording video).
seems me can safely use pullups both of signals, , rpi v2 camera module work fine.
