play 720p (1280 x 720) video full screen html5 <video> tag in chromium.
looks lag on 1600 x 900 monitor.
try adjust framebuffer (the same video) in config.txt , works well.
can't understand root cause. cpu problem or else?
, there way solve issue instead of reducing framebuffer?
ps. use raspberry pi 3 , install latest raspbian (release date: 2016-11-25).

chromium-browser must scale each 1280 x 720 video frame 1600 x 900 frame in real time. maybe lag due chromium rendering content?
