Vaporizer Build with LED lighting

hey,

i'm new arduino community , decided start project. background - i'm no means expert @ circuits. background in computer science , software engineering i'm fine programming designing circuits isn't strong suit. guys provide appreciated.

the project: turning heat gun vaporizer individual temperature , airflow controls. additionally add lcd display view target , current temperatures. add capacitive buttons on front panel controlling speed, temperature, lcd display colors, colors/pattern (4) 6" led strips, color 7 leds.

some of problems i've faced in design:
1. different components require different types of power. heating element , fan/motor use 120vac. arduino uses 9vdc, 2a. individual leds , strips collectively use 5vdc, 4a. solve thinking of splitting 120v line 4 separate circuits: 2 stay 120v controlled via ssr , arduino. 1 5vdc, 10a circuit switchable power supply leds. last 9vdc 1a circuit switchable power supply arduino. there alternative way this? i'd keep enclosure small 2 ssrs, arduino lcd screen, , 2 ac-dc circuits alot stuff in small box.

2. controlling heat temp , motor speed (both 120v). controlling heat temperature isn't hard. using thermocoupler , amplifier ssr sense , adjust temperature via feedback. - control via cap-touch. inspiration: here. power heating element shut on/off consistently adjust temperature. how adjust rpm of motor? digital potentiometer possibly?

3. ram limits i've been reading, may run ram issues project using uno. possible work arounds?

i've attached basic flow diagram of how work. please provide input/critique/feedback.

thanks

i suggest 'hack' hot air rework station (for de/soldering).

something 852d-2-in-1-soldering-re-work-station-solder-iron-smd-hot-air-gun

ram can issue "background in computer science , software engineering"
i'm wondering why ask question @ all, use less ram availabe.
