don't own either android phone or tablet 60 year old getting raspberry pi christmas
want go down road of home automation advice on type of android tablet use communicate raspberrypi home automation projects
have no wish purchase phone want learn how control relays remotely

a nice usable tablet, uk hudl2 tablet, clean simple , nice use. no bells , whistles don't need.
8" nice size , screen too.

big shame don't make them anymore.
@ point have no idea makes comparable newer £100 tablet.
there many out there.


need program interface , tablet iot side, cayenne devices such program (app) trying that. use can use website pc.

difference phone has tablet ability use mobile network , mobile data network. not wifi networking. may find 6" overly large phones might tje job , can use them out , away wifi.
