i'm working @ asp.net application that, via third-party component, sends automatically values different interactive pdf. problem that, because of xfa structure, component can not communicate form fields of documents created adobe designer 7.
in knowledge there way create pdf forms without xfa in adobe professional 7 environment ?

hi,
use pdfmark , distiller create forms in pdf acroform. adobe professional 6 created forms. so, can proceed usual.
steps involved.
1. save form xdp in designer. simple xml file.
2. parse xdp , convert .ps file. use pdfmark syntax put form controls.
3. use distiller utility convert .ps file .pdf file. ( can programattically . there sample in adobe sdk 7 installation.
hope helps. right doing work around. please let know if find better or more elegant way.
