VR glasses Arduino-Possible?

good afternoon! new forum! sorry if posting in wrong place! instead of criticism, me!

i saw glasses google vr , vr steam brand oculus!
the steam has many problems along way, offers broader vision, meanwhile google offers smaller vision, giving user impression wearing diving glasses.

it possible arduino can overcome these two, in price , quality?
arduino vr in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exfz15eyj38 ...its fake?

i saying because, dividing mobile screen in half , create 2 micro small screen, lost lot of resolution of screen small.

strolling through alliexpress, saw caught attention!

an lcd screen of 3.4 "and resolution 320x480
http://pt.aliexpress.com/item/free-shipping-3-2-inch-tft-lcd-screen-module-ultra-hd-320x480-for-arduino-mega-2560/32283720984.html?spm=2114.02020208.8.32.zsedtt

let's in obvios points on vr glasses.

-see size of human pupil. measures 1.5mm 4mm depending on brightness.

-a single eye not in 3d printing two, both of can see same object, sum of point of view of changes give impression of depth.

-the distance resolution, if make led outdoor understood idea of pixel per inch. important thing ... damn ... user can not see phone's pixels. distance enough near offer greatest possible window, , @ same time far enough hide pixels.

so looking @ arduino uno r3 board on table , announcement of alliexpress came following doubts.

sera can display 2 images coming computer video output 1 arduino, , 2 lcd displays 320x480?

and if can create software , standard circuit suits various displays, infarct steam , google, in addition promoting world fame arduino. vr glasses cost less $ 100.00 on way yourself!

[ps.1-it possible arduino can overcome these two, in price , quality?]

[ps.2-i saw there topic same question in 2009.
the fact today have other technology , vision!

[ps...i not speak english! did notice?]

the "arduino" concept encompasses many things.  some arduino versions contain full-fledged arm-based minicomputer not aware of graphics processor.  these marginally competing systems such raspberry pi , beaglebone - , many others.  price-wise, raspberry pi appears represent economical option.

so if talking graphics rendering, not talking of common arduino versions.  even then, vr need "twin head" display system.  if imagine going use more powerful arduino versions drive pair of lcd displays, need moving head very indeed!
