designer 8 quits when launched , launches acrbate 8 instead.
system windows xp , form designer 8 used 1 week.

good morning stephen,
it's been awhile since posted , problem may have been solved. in case hasn't have following suggestion.
close out of livecycle designer , open adobe acrobat 8.0 professional. select repair installation option menu. once repair complete try opening livecycle designer. have gotten in habit of first opening livecycle designer opening adobe acrobat professional. way have access debug feature.
