FDF Merge with Rights Enabled Form

hi,

i have rights enabled form , able server side merge form , fdf data using tool pdftk or appligent's fdfmerge. however, when form merged, there message saying "this document used have rights have been disabled due changes in document" (something along lines).

is possible server side merge rights enabled document , still keep rights?

any appreciated.

it sounds may modifying structure of form , not populating fields. tool "filling in" form or filling form , creating new form original using template?
