Need help Picking out proper equipment for testing.

hello, working company outfit golf cart new traction drive system. using senior design project @ stony brook university. need come way recorded , compare data , know use these products in labs of school. looking record volts, amps, temperature, rpm, maybe distance traveled , potentially few others. need point me in right direction on how go picking out system use this. volts high 50v dc since electric golf cart, amps reach 200a, temperature , else unknown until type of testing device. has kind of cost effective since given budget of $200 person , in group of 3 have $600 total spend. please let me know direction should go in.

you start out uno , datalogger shield adafruit , temperature sensor.

i'm not sure 50v , 200a though.  someone else can better advise on that.
