i've been trying convert form created in word xp pdf. when use "convert adobe pdf" button or when try import document adobe designer, every line of form, whether text box or form field, overlaid copy of screen banner (for example, current banner type firefox logo followed "adobe forums - add discussion - mozilla firefox"). can't grab banner image delete it. @ best, image barely translucent, can read text should visible. @ worst, banner dark obscures other text.
right now, form unusable. can't opened again, once it's closed. acrobat pro 7 error message says that's either because it's not supported file type (it's pdf now) or because it's "damaged."
any ideas how can either rid of these images or keep them showing up?
