have installed pdf generator professional manually.now can convert word,ppt,excel,ps pdf correctly,but can't work image(bmp,gif,jpg,tif).i have check server log ,it show "send virtual input acrobat professional retry step no 1 ...".and result returned me "...timeout.".
have installed photoshop cs 2 ,and think pdf maker has registered.so have no idea what's wrong it.
meet same problem or know how resolve?
