we have form deployed on 2 servers. test server behaves , can opened , submitted in reasonable time. on production server, takes time open form , during submission. delay in opening of form not consistent. opens without delay on machines of time while slow during times. while submitting forms causes delay , in status bar see message connecting mofbl02 (mofbl02 server name).
the form calls .net webservices on loading. there no calls, validation on submission.
we using adobe lifecycle workflow server version 7.x , adobe reader version 7.0.9.

hi im new adobe live cycle. having forms need developed , put on net. of them static , interactive.i heard live cycle best solution these days , need use adobe live cycle forms , work flows.
are work flows needed , why?
what should environment least required have adobe livecycle set up?
