Designer form displays differently on different similar computer.

i created adobe livecycle designer 7.0 form contains various text fields , numeric fields. form's fields display correctly on own computer (winxp pro) when user inputs data fields. when posting form web fields continue display correctly. however, if wife enters data form on web these same fields not display (or print) correctly. (her computer winxp pro , has adobe livecycle designer 7.0 installed). form appears "dropping" bottom of letters (the descender portion of letters) , numbers, though not all. solve problem, redesigned form using arial 10 pt instead of "myriad pro" 10 pt makes no difference. show mean, posted 2 screen shots @ http://www.lepirtle.com/acrobat using test letters , numbers in of fields. first screen shot way appears on computer (the way want look) , second shot way appears on wife's computer: descender portions of letters , some, though not all, of numbers "dropped".

can offer solution? thanks.

what version of acrobat viewer installed on wife's computer? acrobat full version or free reader?
