logging form external user to APS

hi all,

i'm working on configuration of policy server, have problem in making access acrobat 7.0.

in form add server acrobat, use url server:
http://policyserver.mycompany.com:8080/
i'm sure it's right :). when choose username , password, says me not correct.

maybe i'm doing wrong.. what?
the username , password choose taken ldap server... (i'm doing in local workstation)

are able login server web console:

http://policyserver.mycompany.com:8080/main.do. if not, authentication ldap not configured.
