Square wave generation on timer 1 without ISR

i want generate square wave using timer 1 , digital pin 10 (oc1b), without isr, on uno. thought use ctc mode , toggle on compare match looks supported pin 9 (oc1a). reading right? there way generate square wave timer 1, without using interrupt toggle pin?
