creating a PDF : dissable "next page" or "scroll down" in full page mode

i create interactive document under adobe indesign (cs2), export pdf.
when interactive, means navigation possible through buttons or links have created.
then choose "full page" mode in preferences.

in previous acrobat versions (5,6) used work perfect, in version 8, (maybe in version 7) in full page mode, cursor (the hand) shows arrow in hand.

then , if user of interractive document scroll down, or click anywhere (except on link) goes next page. gives total nonsense menu , links have created.

so , question :

is possible dissable fonction ???? acrobat pro 8 , or maybe indesign (cs2) @ moment of export?
