i know arduino u can add load cell , connect relais turn on motor etc , set weight , let fill automatic. idea need have lets 12 separate load cells filling each separate. if need 2,5 kg , each programmed stop around 500 grams possible let arduino choose 5 load cells when added come closest 2,5 kilo. product potatoes never have exact 500 grams. want signal activate 5 air cilinders open correct buckets connected load cells.
a multiple head weigher expensive , building things cheap. i'm in construction use little electronic part. maybe it's not possible if isn't let me know can stop dream.

if can write code, arduino can thing. limitation whether or not can write code @ weights , pick combination gets closest 2.5kg. i'm betting there algorithm published somewhere efficiently.
