Reading GPS and Incremental Rotary Encoder by MEGA 2560

dear hello,
 
i new in forums, working on project of reading gps co-ordinates , rotary encoder pulses on xbee or bt.
currently using 2 arduino mega board. ist board sending data of gps bt/xbee pairing laptop serial port. , 2nd board sending data of rotary encoder (500 ppr) pulse bt/xbee pairing laptop serial port.
 
but unable send both data same time.

we need following data on com port xbee

1) latitude
2. longitude
3) no. of satellite
4) real time.
5) encoder pulses
6) battery voltage
 
i want use mega 2560 (or other suggested) board send data on 1 serial port.
 
please me in regard , provide me source code.

you can't make 2 devices talk 1 serial port.
