have installed system 10 on mac , stymied in many ways...the difficult: attempting print document on hp deskjet 1220c printer. terrific printer can handle 11 x 14 documents , postscript compatible. worked pagemaker on years.
but i've installed indesign idcs2 , printer can print 1/3 of page - pressing yellow button allows me 1 copy one...the work around i've been using make pdf of document , printer accept. printer fine e-mails , internet , can print multiple copies of documents if requested.
in addition, scanner, epson perfection 1260 unhappy.
i hoping transition pagemaker indesign intuitive, it's not going smoothly.
i appreciate ideas.
