when 'debug language' enabled following error.

internal server error

the server encountered internal error or misconfiguration , unable complete request.

please contact server administrator, webmaster@mysite.com , inform them of time error occurred, , might have done may have caused error.

more information error may available in server error log.

additionally, 404 not found error encountered while trying use errordocument handle request.

database version: 5.0.24a-standard-log
database collation: utf8_general_ci
php version: 5.2.2
web server: apache/2.0.54


the above doesn't happen on local installation, same revision different server version(s)
