Can someone post the files necessary to do the tutorial: Creating your first LiveCycle ES applicatio

hello,
i trying tutorial:
creating first livecycle es application don't have .xsd file or image files talk in tutorial (i did not install cd). image file isn't such big deal, .xsd file sort of necessary.
i did try making own it's not going , therefore original.
could post file text , copy new .xsd file?

in tutorials section of page, click on link labeled zip not pdf link. mortage loan stuff the "crating first livecycle es application" pdf downloaded.
