printing alignment issue

hi,

i using indesign cs3 on windows xp. on computer screen, layouts how want them to. however, when print document, alignments not correct. in particular, master page spread seems not line marks have made on individual pages. how can fix alignment issue?

the printer hp laserjet 9000 dn -- industrial strength behemoth.

can explain mean little more? master page content not in same position when print when view layout on screen?

what other content? , happens if print pdf instead?

what these "marks" talking about?

finally, position selection page position in print dialog -- upper left, centered,...?
