Unable to download e-license for the Adobe Standard 8.

hi,

i unable download e-license adobe site. getting error message "the server not contacted download license." tried disabling win xp proxy, opening ports 443 etc , error still persists.
can please in rectifying error?

if go through proxy server access internet, there issue proxy settings. please call our technical support department, , able determine problem. you'll find contact phone numbers region here: http://www.adobe.com/elicensing/licensemanagement/alm/pdfs/alm_escalation_ue.pdf
