attach multiple docs from form

i read message (and thread) jorge estebaranz regarding use of button attach doc pdf -and i've got follow question that.
how attach more 1 doc form using method.
my form functions envelope manifest dynamic (click button add instance of subform contains info -doc#, code, status, deleteinstance button, , attach doc checkbox). users of form have avg of 6 docs attach, range 20.
my issue using code jimmy pham can attach doc no problem. however, when add instance of manifest detail subform , use checkbox attach doc, replaces first doc attached.
does know how make continue add docs dynamic form?

to attach documents dynamic forms use following method.

event.target.importdataobject ("differentnameforeachdoc");

i think problem pass no new name each time attach document.
