can sketch me how connections should arduino run relay , use external battery. i'm horrible @ electrical aspect of it. can make work while connected laptop can't when using 9v battery. wanted see how others connect , make work?

the vcc of relay board needs of relay voltage. suspect 3.3v low relay.
