you can send pdf document instead of xml data.
just follow steps:
1 - create button (a normal one)
2 - in object tab >> field tab, choose submit controltype. open second tab (next field tab) says submit
3 - in tab submit choose submit xml data
4 - in url can put:
mailto:user@mail.pt?subject=this teh subject&cc=user@mail.pt&body=this example &bcc=user@mail.pt
