i need set system use laptop virtual test instrument. have adruino uno board , latest version of student matlab simulink. have right equipment this? task measure frequency response resistor/capacitor, high or low pass filter. can please?

the arduino has adc, no dac. but, can generate analog signals in audio range soundcard. the arduino's adc has sample rate limit, (from understand) can't quite highest audio frequencies.
