Call JSP page when Submit button is clicked.

hello gurus

i have form developed in livecycle designer , requirement below:

1. pdf form posted on our company website.
2. when user accesses form our website, able open form , fill out fields.
3. when click submit button, login.jsp page show allow users enter user-id , password. if credentials valid, form data submitted database.

my question is, possible direct user jsp page when click on submit button on pdf. if so, should using regular button , write javascript call jsp, execute button wsdl or http submit button??
