Creating users through workflow - possible?


hello,

the admins starting little anxious product. basically, form working on account creation on system have. users filling out form outside, i.e. not part of existing ldap/ad system. on top of this, user requesting account needs have 2 other people sign form not part of current structure.

what means right every form filled out, need manually create 3 livecycle accounts! so, needless say, admins starting wonder why using product. after spending time , money on this, want find solution regarding account creation.

so, couple thoughts had, please if has other input, let me know. when admin notified new user account, need information front on 2 other people. create livecycle accounts , fill out initialization form specifying appropriate users (probably can provide drop down boxes listing users?) , submit. first user gets email, etc, etc , submits form , workflow goes on it's way. 2 other users stored in variables used when time comes within workflow contact them fill out part.

my other thought instead of creating these accounts manually, when admin fills out init form, can accounts created automatically behind scenes that? there qpac can that? did read post around may avoka working on qpac creating account on local system. don't think case if there preference local account vs. ldap or ad, it's matter of spending more money on this. there adobe qpac may handle already? don't see one, thought i'd ask.

also, suggested giving user 1 lc account (since may have more use later), , take form offline other 2 people fill out , digitally sign , have user 1 submit form fm, want online.

there's qpac reading ldap (search user), nothing writing ldap (ie: create new user).
