i've been using docman distribute syndicated radio approx 5-6 months. have delivered 5000 shows, mp3. in docman has proven incredibly useful tool us. have way more accountability ever before.
i have occasional issue arise , have not been able track down. here is...
occasionally have download problems, affiliates call , file downloading gets 90% down , craps out saying source file cannot read though of has been delivered.
when check logs can see firefox 2.0 , ie 7 seem choke ie 6 not appear have these issues. weird because @ beginning had reverse issue browsers.
we have gone our host , had them sorts of tests , checking. have set size limit way high , increased session life, no avail.
the files mp3's , range in size 4mb 25 mb

i'm using firefox 2 , can't download using docman on anyone's servers - drives me nuts, have open ie6 everytime , copy/paste link!
i recommend clients use regular file upload , link in joomla, perhaps google analytics tagged outgoing link tracking.
