we use wf server v.6.2. have 2 perhaps related questions.
i run reports of data in work items, such check request form, work items particular person authorized, , other reports noticed in there reports button can appear in workflow web access, between preferences , help. how can reports button appear?
also, how can access work item data backend - sql tables? stored?

to see reports button, workflow user record must @ least process administrator (use admin module see individual person's properties, in privileges tab think..)
the backend stores information suchs , when workitem processed, won't contain information populated on forms, unless make fields need searchable fields on process map. beware, can add size of database quickly.
all of available tables documented in pdf files distributed product.
