Problem in Accessing ADS

hello all,
i have configure form manager our corporated ads.
but facing problem in that.

it not showing users present ads , unable login form manager userid not showing.

did 1 faced such problem earlier , let me know solution if 1 has ??

me again finding after doing ads setting , sychronzing our adminui not synchronizing ads properly..

is 1 of faced such problem let me know ???
