so after formatting sd card (it seems each time didn't format correctly), , connecting pi computer's screen through hdmi, boot worked , seems fine, except lcd screen.
i've looked through few posts here , on other forums, , through few guides address white screen problem, of them pretty hard understand. know sure need either driver, or img link: http://en.kedei.net/raspberry/raspberry.html (my screen version 6.2)
however, i'm not sure one, , i'm not sure need download to. have both on computer, can't seem able move them sd card (maybe i'm not supposed to?) because says don't have enough room there (all have on noobs, , according space check described here: https://www.raspberrypi.org/learning/so ... e-sd-card/, have several gigs available).
if able move driver\img file sd card, guides i've found don't describe next, command need run in order tell pi install driver.

i know isn't helpful problem plight cautionary tale buy things on ebay @ too-good-to-be-true prices , can't them work. proper recourse contact vendor...good luck that...and if fails, go ebay complaint , ask refund. if post url of junk bought others can avoid it, nice. if vendor has proper solution you, might post here others might have purchased same thing. in future, go established vendors pihut , adafruit specialize in rpi , test products before offering them.
