i have downloaded bz2 (344 mb). don't want install through apt-get because mean have download again. not have high-speed internet connection. please tell me how install bz2 have downloaded. unarchived don't know folders , files in it.
there should set of instructions included. if package downloaded source code, need compile it. there howtos on place how compile software. easier download repositories again.
in future, don't download software web, repositories. it's quicker , easier install.
