clear fields within interactive form

i new designer 7 , have been successful in creating static fillable form.

on page 2, top 5 textfields infor need remain when bottom 15 rows of fields(subform)clear.

page 2 printed cleared in order key more information. process repeated until infor keyed.

i want clear bottom fields while top 5 fields infor remains (do not want rekey info each time).

i know can create 'clear field' button javascript makes work?

you can specify specific fields, or specific subform clear data in, instead of doing on whole form. you'd on click event of button if fields grouped in subform:

xfa.host.resetdata('xfa.form.formname.pagename.subformname');
