Setting a param for a form

i've got form want display specific record in db for. (i.e., it's bound users table "userid" key. there's 5 records , want display #3, has userid=3).

i need dynamically - user displayed depend on user logged web site. pdf form display html page, shown inside of existing web site.

is there way this? played around event.target.url (passing userid param on url pdf, , using set field on form). seems there should better way this... there?
