Arduino resets or behaves random when switching 220V

hi there,

i'm working on project opening lot of solenoids , turn on/off lights.

when i'm testing, seems fine, in production, arduino resets or behave strangely opening solenoids or starting buzzer randomly.

i've noticed resets when switch on , off lights (fluorescent light, 12 of them, lot of spikes)

in master.png is current design,  , i'm planning go 1 on master-opt.jpg

i've attached code works fine if not in production.



can advise, if there wrong schematics or code.

are there improvements can made in order make work?


note, 24v actualy 12v different power source.
