LDAP and Wokflow Server

i'm experiencing difficulties in connecting ldap workflow server.

i'm configuring ldap directory using winmail server
(http://www.magicwinmail.net).

i can browse ldap directory using softerra ldap browser or using
outlook express.

but received message "unable connect service". there
any other users experiment problem?
i can't post log here, suppose these important parts:

the name of server adobeserver
the domain name adobesystemsinc.locale (original, isn't it? ;p)

the port 489
