i have form (xdp) contains dynamic dropdowns, populated scripting , data returned web service. in either instance, after form submitted, dropdown displays value behind dropdown text.
for example, dropdown populated as:
display value
"choice a" 1
"choice b" 2
"choice c" 3
if submitter chooses "choice b" next participant in workflow see "2" in dropdown. can't change dropdown either, since value saved, i'm not concerned that. need retain display text well.
why value being saved , not display text? happens regardless of whether submit button configured submit xdp or pdf.
