MATERIA 101 - several issues at the end of assembly

everything seems wires , example, fans work , succeed adjusting potentiometers 0.4 or 0,5 v but:

-when turn materia 101 on, green led turn on twice second , green light disappears (a red 1 on se same board turn on , remains)
- screen not usable (or many difficulties reading in dark specific angle) since pixels seems turn on! difficult red menu menu displayed. happens 12v power supply. usb power screen (and menu) ok
- screen said "error noterm"
- sd card not seen too

any idea me?

sorry, not "error noterm" "minterm"

i suspect have made wrong using command "burn" (erasing boot sequence possibly) when tried upload firmware... idea restore original boot sequence?
any help?
