Problem with multiple routes

iam kinda working on workflow needs route form different actors based on different conditions (conditions based on non-workflow field). tried using both "normal route" , decision point followed routes(conditions specified). now, problem that, form being routed single actor, whether condition specified satisfied or not(seems works based on route evaluation order specified, tried changing order..but first route in evaluation order being considered ). when tried using decision point, nothing works.. form not reach of actors.
