previously had implemented solution allow me apply policy pdf remotely. did creating ejb interact document security server. ejb takes byte[] input (which unprotected pdf) , returns byte[] output (which protected pdf). working well.
i've implemented ssl on jboss/document security server , although certificate seems fine, application no longer works. @ point it's writing data client following error presented within server.log file:

the system doesn't seem terminate client sits there waiting response doesn't seem come.
has seen before? have done wrong when implementing certificate? unrelated ssl work i've been doing?
i'm confused , can't seem find forum topics addressing issue stuck. if offer ideas how solve issue i'd grateful.
the steps took implement ssl were:
- generated new certificate
- generated csr signed trusted authority
- added signed certificate java environment
- performed 'expert' installation of document security server incorporate new certificate (i had configtool doesn't seem work on machine)
- added certificate jboss installation & configured jboss

i can't spesific error in log, know there strict order in different livecycle products should installed.
if install policy server , livecycle forms, policy server doesnt work anymore. other way around goes fine.
i got confirmation of gary thain (?) canada. has had lot of workshops in europe in livecycle products.
what order have installed aps , security server in?
if try contact gary first since reinstall of both products , maybe having revoke sertificate , re issue both timeconsuming , not know if works untill done... again.
i not have contact information try google him or ask adobe contacts if know correct order.
