text field not saving information typed in

here problem- created form using designer 7 bunch of text fields. open form type text field box , click save. close out form open again , text field empty again. tried saving under different name same thing happens. tried emailing myself- when open pdf email form opens , text fields blank. tried sending myself data , when go populate form empty.

how in world information typed text field stay saved.

check binding tab each of textfields use "normal" instead of "none".
