Why Mega2560 clock drifts 400 ms/min ?

hi all,

i created simple sketch: signal sampling (daq) 1 khz sr on 1 ai channel. i'm using flexitimer2 lib accurate timing, when tested sketch noticed incoming data (i.e. timer cycle) drifts 400 ms/min.. (cca 6.6 ms/s delay)
i have arduino mega2560 clone (chinese) board. possible clock on board inaccurate or problem comes flexitimer function?
i think 400 ms/min error bit much..

so how accurate daq 1khz sampling rate? why should more accurate arduino?
