add more menu items in admin-console - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi friends,

i want add more menu items in toolbar of admin console of joomla.
like - home, site, menu, content, components, modules, ...... help
after others

under that, want put links - mysql admin, google web-master etc.
this list kept in xml style of file -

code: select all

<text>mysql admin</text>
<url>http://anything.com/mysql.php</url>

<text>google web-master</text>
<url>www.google.com/webmasters</url>

<text>google web-master</text>
<url>www.google.com/webmasters</url>

etc.

how can ? files have code ?
(i avg php-programmer new joomla)
