is there way customize of workspace? (other motd)

for example, title bar has "adobe livecycle workspace es", there way change title bar?

the source workspace (the complete flex builder project) shipped es can customized. don't know if it's available in preview release yet, you'll find under \livecycle_es_sdk\misc\process_management\workspace\ once is.
