connecting from a jar deployed on jboss to APS

hi all,
i created jar , put inside jboss. implements event manager, take trace of number of prints made restricted document.
in addition control, there part should modify policy, removing permissions print.

now have problem in connecting policy server,by using code error @ line
"apssession = edcfactory.connect(apsproperty);":
