No "High Quality display"

hello,

when place picture in simple indesign document, can't view in "high quality display".
have tried eps , tiff files, , system says showing in high quality, picture looks same - pixelated , blurry.

i use cs3 - ctrl d - rightclick - display - high quality.

and funny thing working last friday.
what has happend, , how can fix this?

check under "view > display performance", "allow object-level display settings" enabled.
